At CIMS hospital today we completed 6th successfull heart transplant. Donor heart came from a 16 years old young boy who had brain haemorrhage and was brain dead. Patient was from IKD hospital, Ahmedabad. Heart was received by a male patient from baroda who is 54 and had dilated cardiomyopathy with heart failure since many years.
