Normally when the child grows or adult get physically fit, the heart rate gets slower. New born (under 1 year) : 70 to 160 bpm

One year to four years : 80 to 120 bpm Five years to nine years : 75 to 110 bpm . Child above ten years and adults : 60 to 100 bpm.
